Certified Pilates Instructor

Katie has taught Pilates at The Montreal Athletic Association, and at the Vancouver Pilates Center, at McGill University, Marionopolis College, the YMCA and the YWCA. With a teaching background in contemporary dance, Katie received her training in Pilates mat work and CPM certification from Anne McMillan Pilates in Montreal. She has completed her 10th continuing education training module with Canadian Pilates expert, Dianne Miller and is a certified Franklin Method Level One instructor.
